Steadfast Training

As an Ofsted “good” provider, they work in partnership with the CPCA and have been awarded funding to deliver free level 3 qualifications to upskill and support your colleagues.  Additionally, they are currently delivering level 2 to 5 apprenticeships across England.  They would be delighted to support your organisation.

They have two free – Level 3 – diploma qualifications that may be appropriate:

  • Diploma in management (inc. ILM)
  • Diploma in ICT

Level 3 qualifications are free of charge subject to eligibility criteria of:

  • Learner living in Cambridgeshire and
  • Not holding any Level 3 or above qualification in any subject.

Apprenticeships

Additionally, many different apprenticeships are also offered.

In terms of other apprenticeships:

  • Level 3 Team Leader and
  • Level 5 Operational/Departmental Manager

Investors in the Environment - iie

Investors in the Environment offers a range of training courses designed to help organisations upskill or reskill their staff with essential sustainability qualifications. They also offer a selection of accredited IEMA-certified training, including Pathways to Net-Zero, Environmental Sustainability Skills for the Workforce, and the comprehensive Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management.

Their bespoke iiE Green Champion Course is designed for green champions to gain the practical skills to make sustainable change in their organisation. Whilst the content lends itself to our accreditation scheme, the tools can be applied to both members and non-members alike.

North Cambridgeshire Training College

The North Cambridgeshire Training Centre (NCTC) is a brand new, state-of-the-at building based in Chatteris, Fenland specialising in offering Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, Management and Business Support Apprenticeships.

Alongside Apprenticeships, they have a fantastic range of Commercial Training built around short vocational courses or longer courses leading to formal qualifications.  These courses are ideal for individuals who need to improve or expand their knowledge within a role.

AT NCTC they also offer a vast range of Professional Development courses ranging from Essential Skills for Life and Work to free level 3 courses as a part of the National Skills fund.
