Paul Bubb

Paul Bubb is CEO of Consortial Group Ltd, Paul served his electronics apprenticeship with STC and worked for Plessey before taking on his first MD role in 1987, Paul has a proven broad-based experience over 35 years at board level in senior management and finance, with specific relation to developing companies that have a connection to the electronic technical market sector.

Consortial Group is the holding company for NET LED Lighting and Cambridge LED, brands that have been established since 2009, they design, manufacture, and distribute Commercial and Industrial LED Lighting solutions to the UK wholesale industry via a dedicated online platform and in field business development managers. Both businesses are based in a modern 36000sqft facility in Cambridge.

Paul is currently in the process of passing the day-to-day management of the 2 companies to a new senior management team headed by his son Oliver Bubb who is now MD, thus freeing up time for Paul to work on supportive non-executive roles with local business in Cambridge and Peterborough.
